The questions we get asked most before a first show.
How long is the show?
Around 90 to 120 minutes of nonstop entertainment, depending on the venue.
When do doors open?
Doors typically open 30 to 45 minutes before showtime. Arrive early for the best seats. VIP guests should be at the venue at least 30 minutes before showtime to claim their seating.
What's the age requirement?
Guests must be 21 and over. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door — no exceptions, and no refunds for guests turned away without ID.
Do I have to participate?
Only if you want to. Audience participation is voluntary, and you can buy a Hot Seat if you want someone in your group centre stage. Plenty of guests come purely to watch and laugh at whoever volunteers first.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes. Parties of 10 or more qualify for group rates and seating together. Contact us before purchasing so we can hold the block for you.
What should we wear?
Most guests dress up — it's a night out. Venues may enforce their own dress code, so check your venue before you go.
How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are delivered by email straight after checkout. Bring them on your phone — no printing needed.
What's your refund policy?
All tickets are final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled. If a show is rescheduled, your original tickets will be automatically honored on the new date, and we will notify you by email. Your tickets never expire. You may use them for the rescheduled date, transfer them to another show on our tour, or gift them to a friend.
